SINCE 2012
Our story begins in 2012 with the emergence of the first phenomena related to increased waste production and pollution. We advocated the need for recycling aimed at recovering waste materials to transform them into materials ready to be used in a new life. The aim is to avoid the waste of useful materials that would have incineration as an alternative, thus reducing the consumption of raw materials and energy that would occur with traditional disposal.
Mission
Sapla srl is a company specialized in the recovery, recycling and trade of textile waste, consisting mainly of nylon, polyamide, man-made fibres and synthetic fibres, and of plastics such as PA, ABS, PP and PE.
We have grown in the industry by setting up a business that is also increasingly attentive to the needs of our customers. For this reason as a company we are organised for the collection of materials and we do this by operating our own vehicles. Before reaching the processing phase, the collected materials are subjected to a careful selection process to ensure a high quality final product (that is, secondary raw material MPS) destined for the casting and stamping market.
The textiles are cut with special tools and packed with a hydraulic press. The plastics are instead shredded with a granulator machine and packed in big bags.
Thanks to the dynamism, the commitment and passion of the company, in recent years we have been able to establish ourselves on the national and international market.
